1. About Us

Guza Game is owned and operated in Kenya and is licensed by the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya (“BCLB”) under the Betting, Lotteries and Gaming Act, Cap 131, Laws of Kenya, License Number BK 0001319. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Guza Game. References to “you” and “your” mean the registered account holder.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years old. We will close any account found to belong to a minor and forfeit any funds on it.
• You must be a resident of the Republic of Kenya and hold a valid Kenyan mobile number registered in your own name.
• You confirm you are not on a self-exclusion register, are not a public officer prohibited from gambling, and are legally permitted to participate under the laws applicable to you.
• Employees of Guza Game, the BCLB and our suppliers (and members of their immediate households) may not hold a real-money account.

3. Your Account

You may only hold one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any winnings may be voided. The information you provide at registration and during verification (KYC) must be true, complete and up to date. We may at any time request additional documents — a Kenyan National ID or passport, proof of address, proof of M-Pesa ownership or a selfie — and may suspend deposits, withdrawals and betting until verification is complete.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and M-Pesa PIN confidential. Any activity carried out under your account is deemed to be yours. Notify our support team immediately at support@guzagame.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your authority.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits and withdrawals are processed via M-Pesa Paybill 4135837 using the mobile number registered to your account.
• The minimum deposit is KES 10. Minimum withdrawal is KES 50. Maximum daily and monthly limits are published in your account settings.
• Withdrawals are paid only to the M-Pesa number registered to the account. Third-party payouts will not be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within minutes, but may take up to twenty-four (24) hours where additional verification is required.
• We are required by law to apply excise duty on stakes and withholding tax on winnings at the rates prescribed by the Kenya Revenue Authority from time to time. Amounts deducted will be shown on your transaction history.
• Deposits intended for gambling that are not staked may be subject to a handling fee on withdrawal, in line with anti-money-laundering obligations.

5. Bets, Settlement & Cancellations

A bet is considered placed only when it appears in your bet history with a confirmation ID. We may, at our sole discretion, refuse a stake in whole or in part before it is accepted. Bets are settled according to the official result published by the relevant governing body or game provider. Where a result is later changed, settlement will stand.

We reserve the right to void any bet where there is evidence of: pricing or technical error, manipulation of the event, collusion between players, use of bots or automated software, abuse of bonus mechanics, or any breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• Each promotion is governed by its own terms, which form part of these Terms. Where there is a conflict, the promotion terms prevail for that promotion only.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement and cannot be withdrawn directly. The wagering requirement, eligible games and maximum bet size are stated on the promotion page.
• The free KES 20 sign-up gift, daily cashback (up to 14%) and instant rakeback are offered as an incentive and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• We may withdraw or claw back a bonus where we reasonably believe it has been abused, including via multiple accounts, low-risk hedging or bonus-only play.

7. Errors

Where a bet is accepted, a result is settled or funds are credited because of an obvious typing, pricing, system or human error, we reserve the right to declare the bet void and reverse any amount wrongly credited. Players are expected to notify us if they believe an error has occurred in their favour.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of terrorism;
• use bots, scripts, scrapers or any automated means to interact with the Platform;
• collude with other players, share account access or operate as a syndicate;
• interfere with the Platform’s security, integrity or availability; or
• upload viruses, malicious code or attempt unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account, void bets and confiscate funds where we reasonably believe any of the above has occurred. Suspected criminal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

9. Closing or Suspending an Account

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or close your account where required by law, by the BCLB, on suspicion of fraud, on breach of these Terms, or where you have requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy. On closure we will return any verified balance to your registered M-Pesa number, less any amounts properly withheld.

Accounts inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly administration fee may be applied to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, game graphics, odds compilations and content on the Platform are the property of Guza Game or our licensors and are protected by Kenyan and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment only.

11. Liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guza Game is not liable for loss of profits, loss of bets, loss of bonuses, network downtime, third-party provider failures, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, contact our support team first at support@guzagame.com. We aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 14 days. If you remain dissatisfied, the matter may be escalated to the Betting Control and Licensing Board (BCLB). The Kenyan courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute and these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you by email, SMS or by an in-product notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
